Emerge offers a variety of group training opportunities for all ages and fitness levels:

Bootcamp

  • Emerge’s boot camp classes are the perfect supplement to a person’s workout regimen. A combination of strength and endurance training is a great way to condition your body as opposed to the mundane cardio on a treadmill or elliptical.  The classes use a variety of equipment, and no two workouts are ever the same. The class is perfect if you are just getting started or if you are more experienced.

Strength 101

  • The goal of Strength 101 is to teach Olympic lifting in a safe, efficient, and personalized manner. The majority of the class is centered around the Olympic lifts and also incorporating other auxiliary strength training exercises to help develop one’s base strength, fix any asymmetries, and gain a better understanding of the more complicated lifts. Strength 101 ends with an intense conditioning circuit meant to improve the individual’s endurance, cardio, and stamina. The class is tailored to fit individuals of ALL lifting experience and all strength training can be modified to meet any person’s needs.

Tabata

  • The goal of Tabata is to give you a full body workout in just 25 minutes. The class will feature core conditioning, power movements, bodyweight exercises, isolation movements, and much more. With the class taking place 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, Tabata is a fast workout that only takes 25 minutes to do, so it will give you time to still enjoy your lunch hour. Tabata is perfect for everyone, and it is a great way to get a good workout without spending hours at the gym.
