Kimberly Renoud

After my internship with Corporate Fitness Midwest (located at Boeing, Schnucks, and Blue Cross Blue Shield), I joined 24 Hour Fitness. After four years and 5,000 sessions I chose to advance my knowledge and intensity and join Emerge. I plan to go back to SIUE in the fall of 2009 to pursue my Masters degree in kinesiology, primarily exercise physiology.

At Emerge I hope to continue to learn new ideas and teach my clients intense and creative workouts, all while focusing on the correct biomechanics. I have a thorough background in weight loss and sports performance. I enjoy pushing clients to their capacity while preventing injury by perfecting form.
