Bringing together the most highly qualified, educated, and experienced exercise specialists and strength & conditioning coaches in the Midwest it is the mission of Emerge Fitness Training to enhance the movement capabilities, performance abilities, and quality of life of all community members within the St. Louis and surrounding area while in the ever-present pursuit of societal health and wellness.

Emerge Fitness Training believes in scientifically grounded training theories and principles which provide an appreciation and understanding for the physiology behind the human body, exercise, recovery, and adaptation.

Emerge Fitness Training wholeheartedly believes in the principle of functionality as a precursor to performance. Emerge Fitness Training utilizes functional movement screenings in order to identify muscular imbalances, movement deficiencies, and bi-lateral musculoskeletal discrepancies in which to apply correction.

As a proven-effective recovery modality, Emerge Fitness Training believes, utilizes, and sponsors the use of myoFascial release techniques such as foam rolling, massage, grastin, and the Active Release Technique.

Emerge Fitness Training believes and values each client as a unique individual who possesses individual and varied characteristics in which specific care and service will be provided. This understanding allows Emerge Fitness Training the ability to provide clients with a true unparalleled experience.
