Health and Wellness has been a passion of mine for most of my life. For me, it is a lifestyle and I do everything I can to instill this in my clients as well.
I have played competitive volleyball since I was ten years old and it has completely shaped my life. I learned at a young age that eating right and training smart determines the success of an athlete. I continued to play in college and ranked nationally in multiple categories. This led to the opportunity of playing overseas with the USA international team. I pursued a professional career in volleyball, playing in the Swedish league where I was featured in their country’s magazine as one of the top players in the league; and also in the Danish league where I ended my professional indoor career in 2014.
Since then, I have put all my efforts into being the most well rounded trainer I can be, focusing on corrective exercises and strength and conditioning. I love working one on one with clients and there are few things as rewarding as helping someone reach their goals!
