I’ve always lived a very active lifestyle due to playing sports, and because of that, I knew I had to constantly push myself to be better. In order for this to happen, I needed fitness to become a part of my life, but I wasn’t too sure how to even workout. So, I came to Emerge to train for the sole purpose of becoming a stronger and faster athlete. What I didn’t expect was that I was going to learn so much from these amazing trainers at Emerge that I was able to help my teammates with workouts. The best part? I enjoyed writing those workouts and helping them any way I could. I discovered that becoming a personal trainer was what I wanted to do.
Eventually, I started my path to becoming a personal trainer by working at Emerge in high school. From there, I continued my mindset of being a personal trainer all throughout my time at Missouri State University. I was able to get a jump start on my personal trainer career by being a Personal Trainer at the Recreation Center on campus. Upon graduating from Missouri State Unviersity, I returned to Emerge as a Personal Trainer. Throughout my time, I have been able to help countless people with their goals of athletic performance (pre-, mid-, and postseason), weight loss, getting stronger, general fitness, balance and stability, and injury prevention, and I would love to help you reach your goal!
