Growing up I spent my weeknights and weekends at a dance studio, determined to challenge my body to move in new ways and increase my strength throughout movement. These days, I have moved from the dance studio to the gym, coaching agility trainings and teaching fitness classes. Time and time again, I’m reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. As a trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a healthier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of.
