I believe that the physical trait with the highest ROI is strength. I have never come across a client or athlete that could not benefit from increasing their general or specific strength qualities. Most people want to be bigger, faster, and stronger. It is only through placing an emphasis on strength that people are enabled to become bigger and faster as well as more explosive, powerful, enduring, and agile. I take pride in being focused on learning and implementing evidence based practices for the acquisition of strength through the movement of barbells.

Specialization: I specialize in strength and conditioning designed to transform the athletic performance of any person. I do this through a careful and precise combination of experiential knowledge and scientific principles. I believe that any athlete can become elite through effective coaching and adequate effort. It is my job to be the effective coach and bring the necessary effort out of every person I work with.
