Basketball/Volleyball

Being able to create space between you and your opponent emerges as the underlying key to success in basketball. First step quickness and vertical leap add to the importance of change of direction for both basketball and volleyball. Here at Emerge our professionals understand how effective movement is created. 

You will be assessed on your ability to produce strength and power compared to your body weight; this measure gives the professional an indication of just how strong you are compared to your body weight. This is the primary determinant of quickness, speed, vertical jump, and change of direction ability.  

Our programs will be based on your current abilities and needs which can be assessed through our performance testing battery that is sport specific. Your results can be compared to others our same age and in your same sport to determine just where your strengths and weakness lie.
