The Functional Movement Screen is the primary tool used to investigate your areas of potential injury. 

The functional movement screen is a system used to identify muscular imbalances, muscular weaknesses, and joint limitations. The system is comprised of 7 movements assessing whole body movement, range of motion, and stability. This assessment gives the Emerge Trainer an intimate look as to how each individual moves in relation to daily activities and sport.
