Emerge Fitness Training focuses on the anaerobic nature of the sport in order to ensure optimal levels of appropriate conditioning, speed, agility, and lower body power.

As soccer is very running intensive you will be put though a Functional Movement Screen in order to identify any biomechanical deficiencies in gait or other movement performances.  The screening will continue as a professional puts you though soccer specific performance tests in order to further capture your current performance data. These results will be used to design your program and focuses specifically on highlighting your strength while fixing any weakness.

Core strength becomes increasingly important our soccer athletes as we teach you to activate hip flexors/extensors, Glutes, and abdominals in order to produce high levels of appropriate core strength.
